“Talent Knows No Limits” (TKNL) public information campaign spreads awareness of services and resources available to people with disabilities seeking jobs, and to employers that can benefit from this valuable labor pool. TKNL breaks barriers, addressing misconceptions about the employability of people with disabilities. The Interwork Institute in San Diego State University's College of Education promotes inclusion of people with disabilities in workplace, schools and community, with funding administered through SDSU Research Foundation. Interwork assists employers, employees and job applicants to find person-specific, non-commercially available solutions enabling people with disabilities to increase productivity in the workplace.
